Discover ReMind Smart Message and Smart Response
Course Description
Learn about the new features available using FloQast AI. ReMind Smart Response will process all incoming messages against their parent outgoing request allowing the AI to then help judge the relevancy of the response as well as the ability to actually help write a response. Smart Message uses generative AI to extend the ReMind template library to cover ANY use case. All the user has to do is provide some context on what their use case is and the AI will create the request name, initial message copy, and follow-up copy with ReMind tagging built-in. Once created, users will still have the ability to ask the AI to “revise” their work by adjusting the use case, tone, urgency, or length.
